Here's an overview of Repeaterbook on the app:
Some local nets - 7:30pm MT - 147.120 +0.6, PL=100 out of Sheep Creek, Weiser
Thursdays at 8:00pm, 8:30pm MT, Shafer Butte Repeater, 146.840, or the Squaw Butte Repeater out of Emmet - 146.700 -0.6, PL=100.
The farthest reaching repeater in the area is the Silver City, War Eagle Repeater, 147.240, +0.6, PL=100
A quiet one I used to use to practice is the Lime repeater, 145.170, -0.6, PL=110.9. The power system on it isn't the best so sometimes it will go quiet and just shut down.
(I'll leave it to you to use Repeaterbook and look up the rest of the info for the repeaters).
