The Prophet has counseled us to make Easter bigger than Christmas, we have General Conference, an Easter Choir Presentation, and Easter itself.
We're going to follow the counsel of the Prophet and abide by the stake schedules and take a break on the air for a short time this month with only one stake exercise at the end of the month. Meanwhile, we're working more on the newsletter, and are going to be getting writers and making this an actual substantive missionary and outreach tool for ERC.
I encourage all members to upgrade their licenses so they can help others. My study method for general and amateur extra was: get one spiralbound ARRL book, and one copy of the test practice questions. I would study and take the test questions as I passed along them, then if I got any wrong I would study so I got the question right and didn't progress until I understood it Then I used Ham Study app until I got it. I think it took me about 4 weeks for my General and 6 for my Amateur Extra.
Leaders should know their equipment, spend some time on it, study, learn, test. There's plenty to do! We had a wonderful getting together lunch.
